Grading is tough, expensive, and time-consuming. Get it right with Mr. Minty. Our process is designed to help educate collectors on card condition, helping them make and save money on their collecting journey.

Our consulting services include a comprehensive examination, comp,  gentle card cleaning, grade prep, and a detailed evaluation report that includes estimated grades and recommendations. Our goal is to advise each collector to a Minty collection and help submit cards that are great candidates for 9s and 10s.

We are a Mail in service.  In person hand off can be made at a show, or by appointment in Southern California.  We also offer private appointments for high value and large collections. 

We are located 10 minutes away from PSA, and offer direct in-person drop off and pick up from PSA and BECKETT.  We are the #1 Prep & Grading Submission Service with 20+ Years experience.

1.   PLACE ORDER & SHIPPING

  1. Purchase the number of cards you want for prep. 
  2. Fill out the digital form once purchased - It will be emailed to you.
  3. Ship cards to Mr. Minty.
  4. You will receive and automated email from our SlabTracker when your received order is processed.  (May not be the same day as delivery)

2.  EVALUATION & PREP

  1. Each card is evaluated, cleaned and prepared for grading.
  2. After prep, a personal consultation report is sent, including detailed notes, comps, sub grades, grades and recommendations on who to grade with.

3. MINTY CONCIERGE GRADING SUBMISSIONS

  1. Select the card you would like us to submit.
  2. Mr. Minty will personally drop off your order for grading.
  3. Orders can be tracked through our slab tracker application.

4.  RETURN SHIPPING

  1. When your order is complete, Mr. Minty will pick up your order from PSA & BGS.
  2. Results will be shared, as well as the final bill for grading & return shipping.
  3. Mr. Minty will ship graded and non graded cards back to you.

 

PREP SERVICE AND RATES

Standard Rate: 1- 50 Cards

  • Clean, Prep & Evaluation:                   $20 - Per Card 
  • In-Slab Evaluation:                              $20 - Per Card  
  • Slab Crack Out:                                   $20- Per Card
  • Rush Fee:                                             $50 /card  (1-2 day service)

*Other fees may be added due to card value

Bulk Rates  

  • 51 -200 Cards                 $15 - Per Card
  • 201 - 500 Cards             $10 - Per Card

  • Please do not ask us to "fix, doctor, alter, restore, or soak"  creases, dimples, indentations etc.  Our stance is firm, it’s NOT MINTY.
  • I will not prep, or send for grading any card(s) that has evidence of altering or prior prepping. It's NOT MINTY.

 

SHIPPING REMINDERS:

  • Please sign, date and include your filled submission form with order.
  • Please always provide tracking number to Mr. Minty before shipping.
  • Insurance is always recommended 
  • Please place all cards in a penny sleeve, then a semi ridged holder (card savor).  Sandwich with 2 pcs of cardboard and rubber band (or tape).  Bubble wrap and ship in box.
